We proudly guarantee our products and offer 14 days returns service. If during this period you decide to return a item to us we will happily exchange it for another size, colour, or style (unworn and in perfect condition with the original swing tags still attached) or simply refund your money if you prefer. The models you see featured are all ‘real people’ of varying sizes and body shapes. Some are loyal customers, while others are our hard-working staff members. Phillippa Wilberforce, the director of Long Island, even models the clothes herself.
We don’t rely on using size 10 women to model our clothes because that can give an unrealistic impression.
