How do I return an item?
We guarantee all our products and service. We’re dedicated to providing you with quality clothes, so, if you’re not completely satisfied with an item, you may return any unworn or defective product to us - with the original garment "swing tag" still attached (it must not have been be removed), for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Why is the item I want unavailable?
Occasionally due to demand or late delivery of products we may be out of stock of some items. Unfortunately this is beyond our control, although we try our best to forecast demand and to get products into stock as quickly as possible! If something is out of stock, we'll always give you the best information we can on expected delivery dates.
If it is too long for you to wait we can either cancel the order or suggest an alternative.
Please note that we do not charge your credit card or cash your cheque until we are able to send your item/s to you.

Why does the colour of the item I received vary slightly from the one pictured?
We do our best to ensure the colours in the printed catalogue match the clothing colours however due to printing constraints there may be some variation. Our experienced operators are always happy to discuss any colour queries with you before you place your order.

I’m from overseas, can I place an order?
We are happy to send your order anywhere in the world. Postage will be calculated on weight (check our delivery page for prices). A word of caution, if you are unsure, check with your local Customs office before committing to an order, as some Countries have prohibitive duty and/or levies on imported clothing.

If you see a page stating 'an error has occurred' do not worry, just continue to shop. If it occurs again click the refresh button on your browser window or go back to the Homepage. If you are still having problems, please call us on 0800 23 43 53 and provide as much detail as possible.

Why isn't my size available online?
Our stock availability is automatically refreshed on the website daily and we always try to show the most accurate colours and sizes available. Occasionally, when a product is popular or during sale and special offer periods, it is possible for a number of customers to place orders for the last item at the same time. If there are any problems with an order you place, we will contact you by phone or email.

What if I forget my password?
Don't worry! From the 'Your Account' sign in page, click the 'Lost your password' link and enter your email address. We'll then e-mail your password to you. Once you've got your password, enter it on the sign in page and continue to log on.
