Based on the same pretty scallop cut as the Feather Skirt, it too has a stretch waistband for easy on and off and plenty of swish at the hem. Made from a mid weight, cotton rich twill cleverly topstitched in white for a crisp new look. It’s a design that will look good worn night or day all year round.
